Sales & Business Development Manager - International Jewelry Business

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager (5-12 yrs) to drive international growth for our luxury jewelry brand. The role is based in India with extensive travel to Europe, Asia, and USA. Experience in trade shows and managing global clients required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development for international markets (Europe, Asia, US).
  • Represent the company at global jewelry trade shows, building strong connections with buyers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand B2B business globally.
  • Drive client engagement through presentations, proposals, and negotiations with high-value customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel internationally for trade shows, client meetings, and business expansion.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in international sales and business development (preferably jewelry industry).
  • Proven background in participating in global jewelry trade shows and handling overseas clients.
  • Strong ability to manage customer projects and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in handling ODM/OEM projects will be considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across multiple regions.
