Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to drive business growth, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing sales processes, and collaborating with the internal team to align business strategies with production capabilities. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies for business growth.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation.
  • Understanding of sales processes and ability to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the fashion jewelry and accessories industry.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with the internal team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices is a plus.
