Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks will include market research, creating and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to expand the company's client base and contribute to long-term business success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus
