Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Business Development Manager to join our team at Jobsclick HR Solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bikaner, Jaipur, or Jodhpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. The candidate must have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on field sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively manage client interactions and data. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong ability to conduct field sales, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals and maintain favorable terms with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the internal team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and increase market presence in assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct field sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and report on sales performance to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
