We're now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who excels in a fast-paced IT environment and can elevate our business relationships to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mobile app development, web development, and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with global clients (B2B).
- Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to propose effective and customized solutions.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and profitability standards.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report business development performance using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales in the IT services industry (mobile & web development).
- Strong understanding of IT service offerings, SDLC, and emerging digital technologies.
- Proven success in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and goal-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
