Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Officer specializing in contract labor management and payroll at Navneet Education Limited. The position is located in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They will handle payroll processing, maintain employee records, and manage contract labor to meet operational needs effectively.
