Key Responsibility:
Managing HR operations and statutory compliances, with specific experience in handling compliances for a greenfield project.
Role & responsibilities :
- Ensure end-to-end payroll processing, attendance & leave management for plant employees.
- Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Contract Labour, etc.) and maintain up-to-date records.
- Liaison with government/local authorities for statutory approvals, inspections, licenses, and renewals.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR policies implementation at the plant.
- Oversee plant-level administration including canteen, transport, security, and general facilities management.
- Maintain harmonious employee relations and address workforce issues effectively.
Preferred candidate profile :
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management.
Compensation:
Salary as per industry standards.
