Key Responsibility:

Managing HR operations and statutory compliances, with specific experience in handling compliances for a greenfield project.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Ensure end-to-end payroll processing, attendance & leave management for plant employees.
  • Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Contract Labour, etc.) and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Liaison with government/local authorities for statutory approvals, inspections, licenses, and renewals.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR policies implementation at the plant.
  • Oversee plant-level administration including canteen, transport, security, and general facilities management.
  • Maintain harmonious employee relations and address workforce issues effectively.

Preferred candidate profile :

Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management.
