Job Summary

The HR Generalist/HR Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role supports both strategic and administrative HR functions to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires

  • Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns professionally

  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment

  • Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing appraisal systems and tracking performance metrics

  • Support managers in coaching and development plans

  • HR Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

  • Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives

  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth

  • Policy & Procedure, Attrition, R&R

  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies
  • Attrition Management
  • Payroll Management
  • Rewards & Recognition
  • F&F settlement

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner/within 15 Days

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–8 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
