Job Summary
The HR Generalist/HR Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role supports both strategic and administrative HR functions to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally
Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing appraisal systems and tracking performance metrics
Support managers in coaching and development plans
HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth
Policy & Procedure, Attrition, R&R
- Draft, update, and communicate HR policies
- Attrition Management
- Payroll Management
- Rewards & Recognition
- F&F settlement
Notice Period - Immediate Joiner/within 15 Days
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–8 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
