Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with electrical and hardware stores, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
  • Build a pipeline of potential clients in the electrical and hardware store segment.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at electrical and hardware stores.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.

Sales Execution:

  • Present, promote, and sell CR Polymerss products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Customer Support:

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
