Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing from order placement to delivery.
- Maintain sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM system to ensure accurate and current information.
- Coordinate meetings between sales team members and clients, and organize internal sales meetings.
- Liaise with the warehouse or inventory team to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and credit control.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Joining Date: Immediate to 15 days

2. Education Qualifications: UG/PG in the relevant field.

3. Languages Known: English, Tamil, and any other regional languages

4. Experience: Fresher to 2 years in the relevant field.

5. Gender Preferences: Both Male and Female

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
