**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Location: Kanchipuram (Tamil Nadu)**

We are actively seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail operations, taking charge of essential backend tasks such as enquiry handling, order tracking, customer coordination and basic accounting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist sales team in closing enquiries by getting fast responses from supplier
- Assist Sales team in creating quotations for customers based on their requirements.
- Contest quotations to orders on ERP and proven them to the suppliers.
- Track orders using google sheets and ERP and keep the sales team informed throughout the purchase pipeline.
- Upon order completion of purchase pipeline, co-ordinate between customer, sales team and warehouse team to arrange logiest display the material.
- Keep track and up-to date records of all do inward and outward bills.
- Create accounting vouchers such as receipts, payments, purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Help Finance Team to clear all accounting dues and maintain the taxation tiling timeline
- Oversee the creation and placement of stickers for pricing and product information Manage customer grievances and generate reports as necessary to address concerns and improve service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in basic accounting, voucher entries, and financial record-keeping.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing needs and a strong commitment to ensuring operational efficiency.
- **Languages: ENGLISH AND TAMIL(mandatory)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
