As part of a structured training and development program, youll gain hands-on experience across multiple departmentsSales, Operations, Leadership, and Administration—while receiving personalized guidance from senior managers. After successfully completing the program, high-performing candidates will have the opportunity to lead and manage their own branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Departmental Exposure: Work closely with teams across Sales, Operations, and Business Administration to understand end-to-end business processes.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Support marketing campaigns & brand-building activities to boost visibility and revenue.
  • Operations Management: Assist with day-to-day operations including territory management, sales processing and workflow coordination.
  • Leadership Development: Learn people management, communication, and leadership skills under the mentorship of senior managers.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify operational gaps and suggest ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the training program, take responsibility for sales performance and team development.
