Business Development Manager – B2B & International PartnershipsLocation:Andheri West, MumbaiRemuneration:₹30,000 – ₹45,000 + Commissions & BonusesAbout us:Kompass Immigration & Education (founded 2013, offices in India, UAE & Australia) is a trusted name in immigration & overseas education services for Australia, Canada, USA, UK, UAE, New Zealand, Ireland & Singapore.We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B alliances, international outreach & training partnerships.What You'll Do:* Build partnerships with immigration consultants, study abroad agents, IELTS/PTE/French/German trainers, travel companies and career coaching centres.* Develop outsourcing collaborations where Kompass manages visa & training services, partners focus on clients.* Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars and events.* Build strong client relationships in India & abroad.* Conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations.* Manage CRM to track leads and opportunities.* Coordinate with internal teams (processing, marketing, legal) to ensure partner success.What We Offer:* Fixed pay ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 + commissions, performance bonuses and yearly incentives.* Career growth to National >>>International BD Head.* Direct mentorship from our MARA Australia-registered CEO.* Exposure to international partners and markets.* Flexible hybrid model (post-probation).* 103 annual leaves- 1 fortnightly leave(after probation), 7 days paid annual leave, 7 paid sick leaves, 10-11 paid festival/public holidays* Work phone reimbursementWho We're Looking For:* 3+ years in B2B sales/alliances/business development (immigration, education, training, travel background preferred).* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.* Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM and email platforms.* Proactive, target-driven, able to work independently.* Willing to travel (India & abroad).* Fluent in English.Schedule:* Monday to Saturday | 8-hour shift | Day/Morning shift* 103 annual leaves- 1 fortnightly leave(after probation), 7 days paid annual leave, 7 paid sick leaves, 10-11 paid festival/public holidaysLocation: Andheri West, Mumbai (must be able to commute/relocate).Start Date: Immediate-Click Easy Apply OR-Send CV to -, or Call/WhatsApp: Join a growth-oriented, ethical and international team.
