Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist.
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for :
- Managing and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and driving client satisfaction.
- The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of client goals.
- Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing client data, creating reports, coordinating project milestones, and continuously improving CRM processes to optimize client retention and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and collaboration
- Most important task shall be to follow Up with Clients ensuring timely payments.
- Project Management expertise to ensure timely and organized delivery
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or CRM roles is highly advantageous
