Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for an International Sales Specialist. The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing international sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, engaging with clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • International Sales and International Trade skills
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in International Business
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in IT or related industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
