Mission of the Role
To develop and expand Duratuf's international business across key focus regions (excluding the Middle East) by driving lead conversion, nurturing distributor relationships, and accelerating revenue growth through effective market analysis, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams. The role focuses equally on developing new clients and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across assigned international markets, focusing on U.S.A, UK, and Australia.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure achievement of targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Regional Sales Growth: Achieve quarterly profitability and revenue growth targets in assigned regions.
- Lead Conversion: Maintain a defined conversion rate from inquiry to order.
- Distributor Development: Increase active distributor base and ensure consistent monthly engagement.
- Customer Retention: Achieve a targeted repeat business ratio through superior service and relationship management.
- Pipeline Health: Maintain a strong and balanced sales pipeline across multiple markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes and B2B dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work across time zones for international clients.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in international B2B sales or export markets.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors preferred.
What Success Looks Like
A successful International Sales Specialist will consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, build durable distributor networks, and position Duratuf as a preferred brand in the target regions through proactive engagement, customer satisfaction, and measurable business expansion.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
