Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, resolving customer queries, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, and coordinating with relevant teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records and contributing to customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data management
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Customer service experience in the automotive or service industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
