The Customer Relationship Executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. This role involves understanding the requirements of clients, maintaining accurate databases, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries or concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide personalized support as needed.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, including contact details, preferences, and service history.
- Organize and categorize client information for easy retrieval and reference.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate with therapists and support staff to address client needs and preferences efficiently.
- **Follow-up and Feedback**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback on services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the client experience and exceed expectations.
- **Empathy and Support**:

- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with parents of children with autism and special needs.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes ownership of tasks and projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Empathy and compassion towards families dealing with neurodevelopmental challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and database management tools.
