**Role - **Client Relationship Executive

**Location** - Kolkata West Bengal

Budget - 15K - 20K Monthly

**Expereince**:

- 0 - 6 Month

**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- Maintaining Healthy Relations with The Client
- Develop and Manage Relationships with Clients
- Create Plans to Address Clients' Business Needs
- Providing Clients with Relevant Information About the Products and Services
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Maintaining A Detailed and Accurate Record of All Client Details and Communications
- Collaborate with internal to address customers’ needs

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Communication Skill
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Problem solving skill
- Service to existing client base
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with web apps
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
