Role Overview: As a Key Account Management Intern based in Gurgaon for a duration of 3-6 months with on-site responsibilities, you will be an integral part of our Client Success team. This role presents a valuable opportunity to gain insights into client management, operational execution, and collaborative efforts across various functions within a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitating the setup and support for new client accounts - Ensuring accurate and timely onboarding processes - Maintaining account data through regular updates - Monitoring account accuracy and identifying discrepancies - Coordinating with internal teams to address issues promptly - Gathering client requirements for potential cross-sell opportunities - Contributing to streamlining internal processes for efficient service delivery - Providing support to the senior Key Account Management team in managing client relationships - Attending internal and client meetings - Maintaining documentation - Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities through insights and research - Tracking client health metrics - Preparing client engagement reports - Addressing client queries - Assisting in the adoption of solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong coordination and organizational abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Additional Details: Throughout this internship, you will gain firsthand exposure to key account management practices within a fast-growing digital agency. Working alongside experienced professionals from different departments will provide you with a deeper understanding of client-centric processes and growth strategies.
