Key Account Executive

**Role Overview**: As a Key Account Executive in our Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with our key accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring that our brand remains top-of-mind with our partners. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for building long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and marketing objectives.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and product placement strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans tailored to key accounts.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
- **Marketing Strategy Execution**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints within key accounts.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Liaise with other departments, including supply chain, finance, and product development, to ensure smooth operations and fulfilment of key account requirements.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance and customer needs.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**:
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key account performance, market insights, and recommendations.
