_**Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Act as the primary point of contact for both vendors and clients.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external

partners.
- Monitor and oversee day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Track and report progress on key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Use Excel to maintain records, analyse data, and create simple reports.
- Regularly follow up on deliverables and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Handle basic documentation and maintain operational files.
- **Requirements**:_
- Decent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting, etc.).
- Must have a laptop and be comfortable using it for daily tasks.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Is open to work in nights and longer hours.
- Previous experience in operations or client/vendor coordination is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
