We are looking for a dynamic Operations Head / Service Delivery Head to lead our remote operations team in India, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery across sales support, design, procurement, installation coordination, back end and customer service functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day remote operations across solar backend processes including back end admin, customer service, compliance, procurement, and installation scheduling process.

Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve process efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure consistent service delivery and process adherence.

Identify process gaps and drive automation or system enhancements where possible.

  1. Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-functional team (customer service, procurement, sales support, design & compliance).

Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Manage workforce planning, training, and upskilling initiatives to build domain expertise.

  1. Service Delivery & Customer Experience

Ensure smooth coordination between Australian client-facing teams and offshore operations.

Track and resolve escalations promptly to maintain superior service delivery standards.

Monitor SLAs and TATs to meet Australian time zone and customer expectations.

  1. Process Improvement & Reporting

Analyze operational data and prepare regular reports for management review.

Drive continuous process improvement, workflow automation, and best practices implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational goals with overall business strategy.


Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 812 years in operations or service delivery management; at least 35 years in the solar or renewable energy sector (Australian solar experience preferred) or a BPO industry , handled international processes.

Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional remote teams (15–80 members).

Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and CRM operations,

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Time Flexibility: Ability to align with Australian working hours and handle escalations promptly.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Operations Management.

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience in Australian solar project coordination will be a strong advantage.

Location: Remote /WFH Bangalore

Salary: Dependent on your experience and competence

Workweek: Monday to Friday, 6:30AM 3:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM 2:30PM
