CRM Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall buyer experience. The CRM will coordinate with the sales, marketing, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution across all stages of the customer journey — from booking to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients post-booking to keep them updated on project progress
- Handle all customer interactions in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Address issues related to documentation, payments, agreements, and possession
- Ensure customer data is accurately maintained and updated in the CRM software/system
- Coordinate with sales, legal, accounts, and engineering teams to resolve customer queries
- Organize and lead customer meetings, walkthroughs, and handover events
- Handle post-sales processes including agreement signing, payment reminders, and documentation
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and proactively resolve any complaints
- Prepare and present periodic reports on customer issues, trends, and resolutions
- Maintain high standards of client service to enhance reputation and client retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–8 years of customer relationship management experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
