Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
compensation: Monthly - 30,000 INR
Timings-10am-7pm
Job Overview:
We are seeking a CRM executive in the perfume industry for 2 to 3 yrs experience who plans and implements strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:
Planning and executing CRM strategies: Create strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase brand loyalty.
Understanding the target audience: Understand what consumers want by studying the company's target audience.
Answering customer queries: Handle customer queries and complaints.
Liaising with other departments: Work with other departments to create a CRM strategy that works across the business.
Managing budgets: Manage the budget for CRM activities.
Running client events: Initiate and run client events to increase client average spend and brand love.
Working with the product marketing team: Work with the product marketing team to communicate events that support the product campaign.
Recruiting prospects: Set objectives for each animation with the retail team to recruit prospects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
