**Job Title**: CRM Executive

**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year
**Joining**: Immediate joiners preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client needs.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Track client feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor client engagement and suggest strategies for retention and upselling.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in CRM, customer service, or client coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Knowledge of CRM software/tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**
