Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships in our real estate division. The ideal candidate will handle post-sales client interactions, ensure timely updates, coordinate with sales and operations teams, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage customer databases (CRM tools)
- Handle post-sales support, documentation, and client communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) for smooth project handovers
- Address client queries and provide timely updates on project status
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Track payments, agreements, and possession schedules
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Excel, or Real Estate ERP)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Real estate domain experience preferred
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relations, or Real Estate Sales Support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11, ₹32,592.42 per month
