**Position**: Sales Executive in Edutech Or Real Estate

**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad

**Salary**:20k to 35k Fixed + Incentives

**Experience**:Min 1 Year In Edutech or Real Estate

**Qualification**: Any Degree ( Saturday and Sunday working day, Tuesday weekly off )
- Identify and pursue new Customers through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Utilize various channels, including networking events, social media, and cold calling, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers through effective presentations and property tours.

Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favourable deals.
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.

Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Proven working experience in edutech or real estate sales Executive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- good to have Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
