**Job Summary**:

- First point of contact for clients, providing information and resolving issues.
- Ensures a positive and seamless client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs regarding property listings, services, processes, and documentation.
- Provide accurate information about properties, services, and procedures.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries.
- Handle and resolve client complaints professionally, escalating complex issues.
- Assist with scheduling property viewings and appointments.
- Guide clients through basic property transaction documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address further needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Property Management).
- Identify and escalate recurring customer service issues.
- Contribute to a positive, customer-centric work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu Good to go.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stress and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to help.
- Knowledge of the local Chennai real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and proactive approach.
