Real Estate Sales Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:
- Interact with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Provide comprehensive information about the projects (apartments and villas).
- Build trust and leave a lasting impression through excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain and update site visit sheets, checklists, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- **Market Research and Pricing**:
- Conduct online research on land and flat pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
- Stay updated with the geography and market trends in Hyderabad.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land purchase opportunities.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between channel partners, engineering teams, and marketing teams.
- Obtain leads from the marketing team and manage them through the CRM system.
- Provide project updates to existing customers in coordination with the engineering team.
- Facilitate smooth communication between customers and banks for loan processes.
- **Negotiation and Relationship Management**:
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills during customer interactions and vendor discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, ensuring a steady flow of leads.
- **Self-Management and Accountability**:
- Work independently without requiring daily follow-ups.
- Take ownership of tasks and show accountability for responsibilities.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred) or any sales field with transferable skills.
- Strong knowledge of Hyderabad’s geography and real estate market.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and online real estate platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs, maintain detailed records, and meet monthly performance targets.
- Patience and empathy to address customer needs effectively.
**Compensation**:
- Performance-based incentives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,500.61 per month
