A customer relationship manager (CRM) in real estate has many responsibilities, including:

- **Customer service**: Handling customer queries, managing post-booking customer services, and providing assistance with property after-sales and development
- **CRM strategy**: Planning and implementing CRM strategies to encourage customer loyalty and retention
- **CRM policies and procedures**: Developing and implementing CRM policies and procedures that meet business needs and client requirements
- **Team management**: Recruiting, training, managing, and developing the CRM team
- **Communication**: Coordinating with internal departments to ensure business needs are fulfilled, and communicating with clients on project progress
- **Documentation**: Ensuring documentation pertaining to sale and service is accurate, comprehensive, and on time
- **Reporting**: Preparing reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures
- **Time management**: Using a CRM to schedule tasks and manage buyer profiles

A real estate CRM job may require experience in the real estate industry, including the legal and financial aspects of property.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
