**Role Summary**

We are seeking a results-driven CRM Executive to drive outbound sales efforts, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into business. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and a key contributor to our sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential B2C clients; follow up on marketing and inquiry leads.
- Cold calling daily minimum 100 calls
- Qualify prospects by identifying needs, budget, and decision-making timelines.
- Build client relationships through consultative communication and follow-ups.
- Present offerings, handle objections, and close deals over call or coordinate for field conversion.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant services based on client needs.
- Maintain lead data and activity logs in CRM; share regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
