**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **CRM Executive** to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction for DEC Industries. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between internal teams and clients effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and service requests.
- Manage and maintain client data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure timely response and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle follow-ups with customers for payments, service feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports for management.
- Support in client onboarding, documentation, and order processing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling to existing customers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Customer Relations preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in CRM/Customer Service/Client Handling (construction/industrial sector experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
