Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the tech or SaaS industry. Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue from $1 million to $10 million or more. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives. Analytical Skills: Proficient in using sales analytics and CRM tools to drive performance. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
