Role Overview

As the Project Manager at Girlsflavour, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's operations — ensuring that creative, marketing, sales, and execution teams work in sync. You'll manage cross-functional projects, oversee timelines, and ensure the flawless execution of campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


• Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project timelines, set milestones, and manage end-to-end execution from concept to completion.


• Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with marketing, creative, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.


• Brand Campaign Management:

Plan and oversee launch campaigns, influencer collaborations, and seasonal initiatives to align with brand goals.


• Performance Tracking:

Monitor project progress, budgets, and outcomes; identify bottlenecks and implement quick solutions.


• Vendor & Partner Management:

Liaise with designers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and marketing agencies for project alignment.


• Reporting & Communication:

Maintain project documentation, provide status updates, and report results to management.


• Team Leadership:

Motivate, guide, and manage internal team members to deliver excellence under deadlines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.


• 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or startup environments.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).


• A passion for women-centric brands and creative projects.
