Job Description: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, basic knowledge of visual effects (VFX) and graphic design (GFX), and a solid understanding of the retail industry. Experience working specifically in retail or quick-commerce sectors will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics and visuals for retail marketing campaigns, including social media creatives, banners, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
• Edit and produce compelling videos, reels, advertisements, and promotional content tailored specifically to retail audiences.
• Apply basic visual effects and graphic animations using Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to ensure visuals effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement.
• Stay updated with current trends in retail marketing, design aesthetics, and video storytelling techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Basic VFX/GFX skills to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics, consumer psychology, and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working with retail businesses or in the quick-commerce industry is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience creating graphics and videos specifically for retail promotions or product marketing campaigns.
