Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and negotiating profitable contracts. Responsibilities also include market research, developing business strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating across teams to achieve organizational goals. The Business Development Manager will play a central role in strategic planning and identifying ways to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Relevant experience or familiarity with digital consulting and low-code platforms such as OutSystems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet targets
