JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Alliances Lead to drive and manage our strategic partnerships and alliance initiatives.
This role is critical in building and nurturing high-impact relationships with global technology vendors, system integrators, consultants, and other ecosystem partners.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in alliance management and business development within the IT services or technology industry and will be instrumental in expanding market presence, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening our industry positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partnership Strategy & Development
• Design and execute a comprehensive alliance and partnership strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including global technology vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce), software providers, and industry influencers.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to ensure alignment of goals and successful collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and manage ongoing engagement and communication.
• Revenue & Go-to-Market Enablement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to drive revenue through joint GTM initiatives.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, ensuring measurable ROI and market impact.
• Contract & Negotiation Management
• Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, including commercial terms, financial models, and operational frameworks.
• Performance Monitoring & Market Insights
• Define KPIs and track partnership performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and identify new partnership opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience:
• 10–12 years in alliances, partnerships, or business development within IT services, technology, or consulting.
• Proven success in managing alliances with vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships with global technology vendors and service providers.
• Extensive experience in negotiating and managing complex partnerships, contracts, and joint business plans.
• Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, software, and technology ecosystems.
Key Skills:
• Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and understand how partnerships drive business growth.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving cross[1]functional collaboration.
