Role Overview
The
Partnerships & Alliances Manager
is the architect of Concierge's global ecosystem — building strategic alliances across hospitality, lifestyle, and service industries.
From private clubs in Tokyo and Dubai to wellness retreats in Bali, and from Michelin dining networks to global travel suppliers, this role ensures that Concierge members enjoy verified access, preferential rates, and exclusive privileges everywhere in the world.
This position combines
business development, relationship management, and operational negotiation
with the finesse of luxury hospitality.
Core Responsibilities
1 · Global Partnership Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships across 12 lifestyle categories.
- Build direct relationships with premium global brands, hotels, restaurants, spas, clubs, and event organizers.
- Structure agreements that define member benefits, access protocols, and service-level commitments.
- Create exclusive collaborations (e.g., "Concierge Dining Circle," "Wellness Weekends," or "Club Access Program").
2 · Strategic Alliances & Integration
- Establish multi-country tie-ups with aggregators (e.g., DreamFolks, Quintessentially, Virtuoso, EazyDiner, Ticketmaster, etc.).
- Coordinate integration of partner inventories and APIs into CRM and PWA systems.
- Work with Legal and Compliance for global partnership contracts and data governance.
- Ensure each alliance aligns with Concierge's brand positioning, tone, and target demographic.
3 · Commercial Negotiations
- Negotiate terms for pricing, commission, exclusivity, and revenue share.
- Build scalable partnership models with flexible regional and global tiers.
- Ensure profitability while maintaining superior member value.
- Maintain complete records of contracts, renewals, and financial obligations.
4 · Category Expansion & Localization
- Work with regional teams (India, Japan, Europe, Middle East, SE Asia) to identify local partnership needs.
- Expand Concierge's footprint in new geographies and verticals (e.g., bespoke artisans, event curators, and transport providers).
- Ensure culturally relevant partnerships that reflect local sophistication and global standards.
5 · Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with
Operations Heads (Travel, Dining, Events, etc.)
to ensure partner delivery quality. - Liaise with
Marketing & Brand
for co-branded campaigns and feature showcases. - Coordinate with
Tech & CRM
for integration, tagging, and tracking of partner performance. - Align with
Finance
for timely vendor payments and reconciliation.
6 · Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all partnerships meet compliance requirements (legal, taxation, privacy).
- Maintain due diligence documentation for each vendor/partner.
- Audit performance quarterly to assess engagement, satisfaction, and renewal potential.
- Publish a "Global Partner Index" updated every quarter for internal use.

Requirements
- Experience:
8–12 years in partnerships, luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, or concierge networks. - Education:
MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality. - Skills:
- Global partnership development and cross-border negotiation experience.
- Strong understanding of luxury travel, dining, wellness, and club sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills — relationship builder, not just vendor manager.
- Sharp commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and contract management tools.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
Key Deliverables
- Global partnership grid covering all 12 categories before Concierge launch.
- Signed contracts for priority markets (India, Japan, Singapore, UAE, UK, France, USA).
- Standardized Partner Onboarding Kit and compliance checklist.
- Quarterly Partner Review Deck with insights, usage metrics, and opportunities.
- One co-branded Concierge experience campaign per quarter.
