Japanese-Speaking Concierge Executive

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Department: Global Concierge Operations

Reports to: Concierge Manager – Premium Lifestyle Services

Role Summary

You'll be the person who gets things done for high-value members in Japan. Travel. Dining. Concerts. Celebrations. You'll handle it all with warmth, precision, and impeccable etiquette.

Your mission is simple:

Make people feel looked after.

What You'll Do


• Own and deliver premium requests across travel, dining, wellness, events, gifting, and more


• Communicate fluently in Japanese and English across chat, WhatsApp, email, and voice


• Research, recommend, and execute — from idea to confirmation


• Work with global partners at the highest standard of service


• Maintain a polished, calm, and thoughtful Concierge tone in every interaction


• Handle VIP-level scenarios with cultural sensitivity and discretion


• Keep CRM updates clear, accurate, and on time


• Go proactive — offer solutions before the member knows they need them

What You Bring


• 2–6 years in luxury hospitality, airline support, VIP guest relations, or premium customer experience


• Native-level Japanese fluency (N1/N2)


• Confident English communication


• Strong cultural awareness when serving HNI clients


• Ability to multitask under tight timelines


• Comfortable with tools: CRM, WhatsApp for Business, email, chat platforms
