Job Description:

As a Concierge Associate at faff, you'll be the backbone of the future of personal assistance service, transforming how people delegate their daily chores. It's a hands-on, operational role where you'll solve real-life problems for real people every day, often in creative, unexpected ways. You'll be part of a high-trust, fast-moving team working directly with the founding team of India's next big consumer-tech company.

Some parts of your tasks would include:

  • Coordinating service bookings, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Calling customer care teams and vendors on behalf of users.
  • Placing orders, making comparisons, or chasing down answers
  • Taking ownership of each task end-to-end by executing and resolving.
  • Making users feel like they're in good hands
  • You'll work closely with the founders, receive training and feedback regularly, and get to see the impact of your work every single day.
  • No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities and past experience:

  • Strong verbal communication - can talk to people to get things done.
  • High sincerity - follow up on tasks, timelines, and deadlines without needing someone else to manage you.
  • Past experience as an EA would be helpful, but not mandatory.
  • Adjacent experience in fields like hospitality is also helpful.
  • Less than 2 years of work experience.
  • Looking for a fresh grad with high energy and a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Details:

  • Position: Full-Time Concierge Associate
  • Mode of work: On-site, HSR Layout Bangalore
  • Monthly Salary: Rs 40k (fixed) + Rs 5k (performance based bonus)
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week (60 hrs per week)
  • Starting date: 15th October
