Role Overview

As a
Hospitality Associate
, you will be the face of Even Hospital's patient experience. Drawing from your background in luxury hospitality, you'll ensure that every patient and visitor receives care and attention that matches the warmth and standards of a 5-star hotel — delivered with the empathy and precision healthcare deserves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and their families with empathy, professionalism, and warmth.
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant admission, consultation, and discharge experience.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with nursing, operations, and medical teams to address patient needs.
  • Maintain the ambience and service quality of patient and visitor areas to the highest standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive support — from comfort requests to concierge-style assistance.
  • Handle queries, feedback, and escalations with patience and quick resolution.
  • Support administrative and service excellence initiatives within the hospital.
  • Uphold Even's values of compassion, transparency, and excellence in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years in guest relations, front office, or concierge roles at leading 5-star hotels (e.g., Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, ITC, Hilton, etc.).

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
  • Calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
  • Presentable with impeccable grooming standards
  • Comfortable working in a hospital environment
