We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The Chancery Hotel. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of hygiene.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
