We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hilton. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and issue resolution.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications used in the hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain accurate records and reports.
