Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at ArtBuzz Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations
Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room allocation.
Maintain accurate records, including occupancy reports, finance sheets, and guest information.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with guests, staff, and management.
Guest Services
Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage guest complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and improving guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Administrative Tasks
Manage vendor bills, including receiving and updating bills.
Conduct pre-arrival calls to confirm guest bookings and provide property information.
Coordinate daily events, including bonfires, music nights, and DJ nights.
Targets
Achieve a minimum of 10 Google reviews per day.
Maintain a minimum of 2 OTA reviews per day.
Meet daily sales targets for Scotty rent and rafting.
Guest Relationship Management
Foster positive relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including daily cleaning checks and car parking details.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in front desk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Optimus).
