**Job - Guest Service Associate/ Front Office Associate**

**Department**: Front Office / Guest Services
**Reports to**: Front Office Manager / Guest service Manager
**Experience Required**: 1-2 years in a front office supervisory or assistant manager role in hospitality

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and customers, ensuring a welcoming, positive experience. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information and support across various guest services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures (if in a hospitality setting)
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Process payments, refunds, and transactions using POS systems (if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk or service area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

**Work Environment**:

- May involve standing for extended periods
- Interacting with guests continuously during shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
