We are looking for a motivated and proactive Client Relations Manager to support our offline retail and distribution presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proven Experience in Client Relationship Management.
· Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to better assist clients.
· Build, maintain and strengthen long term relationship with Clients.
· Serve as Primary Point of contact for Client Enquiries, issues and feedback.
· Assist in managing relationships with offline partners like baby stores, retail chains, standalone outlets, and distributors.
· Coordinate with stores on stock movement, product availability, and order processing.
· Support data collection from stores and help in preparing sales reports
· Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and promotional activities
· Conduct basic analysis of sales trends and suggest observations under guidance.
· Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and feed back.
· Participate in onboarding new stores and supporting existing partner accounts
Must Have Skills :
- A graduate (any stream); MBA or commerce background is a plus
- 3-4 year of experience in sales, distribution, or coordination.
- Eager to grow in offline/B2B Retail Client Relations.
- Strong Client Coordination Skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and client oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
