About the Role:
Were looking for a dynamic CRM & Loyalty Manager to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value for our retail footwear brand. The role focuses on creating data-driven loyalty programs, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing CRM strategies across all touchpoints store and omni-channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage CRM & loyalty strategies to increase repeat purchases and brand engagement
- Design and execute customer segmentation and personalized marketing campaigns using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and digital teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Track and report key loyalty KPIs – retention, engagement, ROI
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and CRM system integrity
- Lead staff training on CRM tools and customer engagement techniques
Desired Profile:
- MBA (Marketing) – Full-time, First Division
- 8–10 years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer experience roles (retail/footwear preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Mailchimp, MoEngage, HubSpot) and analytics
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, data segmentation & campaign performance
- Exposure to footwear/fashion retail and omni-channel environments preferred
Additional Skills:
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint;
- Customer lifecycle & engagement strategy expertise
