Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for strengthening the brand's positioning and desirability in the Indian market. This role will define and execute integrated marketing, communications, and client engagement strategies to drive qualified traffic to boutiques and enhance brand visibility.
Acting as a brand custodian, the individual will align local initiatives with global guidelines, while adapting them to the cultural and commercial dynamics of India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial & Strategic
• Partner with Business Managers and Store Directors to design and implement marketing strategies that directly support retail sales objectives.
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with clear, measurable KPIs (traffic, sales conversion, client recruitment, retention).
• Manage and track the annual marketing calendar, ensuring seamless cross-departmental coordination and timely reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities for B2B thru Interior Designers and Bulk Sales segment (Corporate & Weddings) and support in business conversion
- Conduct training sessions on brand storytelling, product, client engagement and Visual Merchandising
Events, Partnerships & Digital Marketing
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact brand events, collaborations, and product placements that reinforce brand equity and generate press visibility.
• Exhibit in Trade Shows to generate project business through interior designers
• Capitalize on digital and social media channels to build brand desirability and create engaging, localized content in line with global standards.
• Manage agency partners, negotiate deliverables and rates, and ensure optimization within budget.
• Measure ROI and share post-event / campaign analysis with clear insights.
Public Relations & Media
• Develop strong relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, and tastemakers across fashion, lifestyle, luxury, and art domains.
• Secure impactful press coverage in leading Country and regional media aligned with brand positioning.
• Proactively update media on new product launches, events, and collaborations.
• Ensure brand presence across traditional, digital, and social channels reflects global brand image and values.
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
• Ensure accurate and updated customer database management, leveraging insights to design targeted campaigns.
• Define actions to recruit new clients while increasing engagement and loyalty of existing ones.
• Support customer initiatives and in-boutique activations to drive repeat visits and conversions.
• Collaborate with retail teams to embed a culture of personalized client experience and relationship-building.
Profile
Education:
• Bachelor's / master's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, or related field.
Experience:
• 6–8 years of marketing experience in luxury, premium, or lifestyle Retailing (experience with international brands is preferred).
Languages:
• Fluent in English and Hindi
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate brand equity into measurable business impact.
• Highly creative with an eye for luxury aesthetics, brand storytelling, copywriting and visual merchandising.
• Strong digital mindset with experience in luxury digital ecosystems and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Comfortable in a multicultural, multinational environment; collaborative yet self-starter.
