About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, data-oriented CRM professional who can drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions across lifecycle stages. This role demands someone who understands user behavior, builds automated journeys, and scales performance with a laser focus on revenue and orders.

Key Responsibilities

●     Own CRM campaign execution end-to-end across channels including email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

●     Build structured customer segmentation, cohorts, and persona-based targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness

●     Create automated lifecycle journeys: onboarding, activation, repeat purchase, win-back, churn reduction, and NPS workflows

●     Track performance, ROAS, conversion funnels, and incrementality through actionable dashboards

●     Work closely with product, performance marketing, and call-center teams to drive cohesive retention strategies

●     Drive experimentation through A/B tests and data-backed hypothesis building

●     Manage CRM tools such as CleverTap, WebEngage or equivalents

●     Ensure CRM communications align with brand voice and compliance requirements (privacy, opt-ins, etc)
